Vichy Catalan Corporation is a large business group formed by 3 large firms: Premium Mix Group, Manantial de Salud and the Vichy Catalan Hotel-Spa.

Premium Mix Group: dedicated to the packaging and marketing of natural mineral waters, fruit juices and other healthy drinks. It is made up of twenty brands spread throughout the national territory, with a great international projection and a presence on all five continents.

Manantial de Salud: company dedicated to the marketing of Sant Hilari water fountains (18.9L), as well as other supplies. It distributes at home, operating throughout the national territory.

Hotel-Balneario Vichy Catalan: Hotel-Spa located in Caldes de Malavella (Girona), which offers accommodation and thermal services.
