Our inspiration led us to focus on the best parts of a favorite Lemon-Lime soda and leave out the worst parts. Enjoy.

• Waterloo Lemon-Lime.
• 1 oz Yuzu Puree (apple puree)
• 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder.
• Mint leaf + a sprig for garnish.
• Lemon Peel.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint and yuzu puree. Add Lemon Lime Sparkling Water, matcha powder, 1 cup ice and shake until well chilled and matcha is dissolved. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish and enjoy.
