Our inspiration for Waterloo Grape Sparkling Water was a long-time favorite soda. To get us there, we targeted dark purple Concord grapes from the very beginning. We were careful to balance the jammy and syrupy notes while layering in flavors. For the finishing touch on this complex profile, we added a playful flavor nod to a favorite childhood drink mix. The result defies logic.
