Molecola Biologica Orgainic Fair Trade Cola is the result of Molecola's collaboration with Altromercato and Renken Onlus. A more natural drink with an exotic flavor and including a selection of fresh and spicy organic ingredients and Natural Mineral Water. Because for MoleCola quality is synonymous with sustainability.

Altromercato: a social enterprise that has been promoting a fair market for over thirty years, where marginalization and exploitation do not exist, and where the land is respected and protected.

The sugar in MoleCola Biologica Fair Trade is called Picaflor: a certified organic sugar that is entirely grown, transformed and marketed by the Manduvirà agro-industrial cooperative in Paraguay. A cooperative that respects the rights of farmers and guarantees a supply chain of sugar fair and sustainable.

• Interesting ingredient "zucchero bruciato" on the nutrition label which seems to translate to burnt sugar, but in in terms of cooking really appears to translate better to caramelized sugar.
• By "Fair Trade" and "Organic" they seem to mean the sugar contents only. Not that this, or any other. cola contains much outside of flavored sugar water.
