CAPI Yuzu Soda

CAPI all natural Yuzu fruit soda is punchy, it’s bold. It’s made with only real Yuzu. With bursts of sweet and sour flavour likened to mandarin, our Yuzu soda is as unique as it is refreshing. Mix it with light spirits for a sophisticated highball, or sip it ice-cold straight from the bottle. Tastes great on its own, or paired with whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka, gin and herbal non-alcoholic spirits. Garnish with fresh lemon, lime or a shiso leaf.

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit. It looks a little like a lemon and tastes a little like a mandarin. It is a very popular ingredient in Japanese cuisine, used in both sweet and savoury dishes. We like CAPI Yuzu best with gin, vodka or whiskey.
