CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer

Our Spicy Ginger Beer is renowned for its unique zesty kick. Warm and crisp, with a zing of capsicum. Sharp, like its Australian attitude. Refreshing, like the Aussie charm that follows. Sip it straight, or pour in some vodka for a Moscow Mule. Tastes great on its own, or paired with vodka, whiskey, rum, tequila and spiced non-alcoholic spirits. Garnish with fresh lime, fresh ginger or candied ginger.

Ginger beer vs ginger ale: Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However, at CAPI our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real ginger juice pressed from fresh ginger (hence the sediment you might see in our bottle). Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel to give it that bright and spicy classic ginger ale profile.
