CAPI Australian Sparkling Mineral Water

CAPI Australian Sparkling Mineral Water

Our Sparkling Mineral Water took hundreds of years to get here, filtered through mineral-rich rock formations in the Victorian Highlands. It's naturally carbonated, glass-bottled and delicate to sip on. Bottled to order at the source, it stays in its natural environment until it lands at yours.

Our Sparkling Mineral water is sourced locally from Mineral Springs in the Victorian Highlands of Australia. And to reduce carbon emissions from travel, we bottle directly at the source. Our Sparkling Mineral Water comes out of the ground naturally carbonated. Due to the way the water travels through rock formations and its naturally occurring mineral makeup, it reaches the surface of the ground already bubbly. Due to rainfall, there are seasonal fluctuations in the carbonation levels so we regulate this over the year by adding C02 to deliver a consistent product year round. To be considered a mineral water, there must be a presence of a certain number of minerals. These include calcium, magnesium, and potassium which are all essential for our health.

Mineral Content:

  • Bicarbonate 200
  • Chloride 56
  • Sodium 31
  • Magnesium 29
  • Potassium 21
  • Calcium 20
  • Sulphate 6

Mineral content is not shown by water volume. So we're not really sure how these numbers relate. Evian, for example, gives these numbers per 1 liter of water. Perhaps this is the same for CAPI Sparkling Water.
