I tried one of the older style cans that was on clearance for $1. It's good, but super salty. Like a full salt sea water after swimming in the ocean all day, lingering after taste. And it looks like they knew this by having reduced the sodium content in their new cans by 50mg. Even that still seems really high, about the same as an electrolyte replacement drink like Gatorade. So if you're using ZOA orange as a morning coffee replacement it's not good. But as a pre-workout or after a hike booster it might be ok. Orange flavor wise, it's like watching a movie where you're really into the genre so it's good enough to watch all the way through, but objectively kinda meh.
